This historic building has been beautifully renovated and offers a selection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, including a spacious duplex and a penthouse with two terraces.
Renovation of the building has been complete and includes new foundations, floors and wooden beam structures to provide a new stairwell, elevator and main entrance.
The façade restoration uses the same traditional materials and finishes, preserving the existing symmetry and ornamentation, such as the molded cornice with carved corbels.
The traditional wooden French windows and glazed gallery have been faithfully reproduced.
